How fast do you respond to inquiries?
We respond within 4 business hours on weekdays and within 24 hours on weekends. WhatsApp responses are typically faster.
What information do I need to provide for a quote?
Destination country, cargo weight and volume (L×W×H in cm), cargo type (general goods, batteries, liquids, branded items), and your preferred timeline.
Do you provide a DDP Service?
Yes. Our DDP Service is a customs-clearance and tax-processing service handled for both parties. It does not constitute Incoterms DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — it covers the customs and tax handling we coordinate on your shipment, so the process is managed end to end.
Can you handle batteries, liquids and special cargo?
Yes. We have dedicated air and sea channels for lithium batteries, brand goods, regulated liquids, and oversized cargo. Please specify in your enquiry.
What are your payment terms?
Bank transfer (T/T) and other methods. Payment is typically required before cargo departs China. Repeat clients may arrange credit terms.
Do shipments include tracking?
All shipments come with full end-to-end tracking, from Chinese warehouse pickup to destination door delivery.
How is chargeable weight calculated?
We compare actual weight vs volumetric weight (L×W×H ÷ 6000). The higher value is used, rounded up to the nearest kilogram.
Can you consolidate cargo from multiple suppliers?
Yes — our China warehouses accept cargo from different suppliers, consolidate it, and ship as one consignment to reduce your freight costs.
